3.放入室温软化的黄油,再启动一个20分钟和面程序

6.取出面团、排气

7.面团分成59.5克左右的8个小面团(我的弄多了),搓圆盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟

8.方形模具里抹上黄油备用

9.取一小面团,擀成长条状

15.发酵到两倍大,刷上一层蛋液

16.入预热好的烤箱

17.烤箱中下层,160度,约25分钟,中途视颜色加锡纸(亚光面朝下)

18.烤好的小面包,颜色柔和、色泽均匀。面包从烤盘取出网架上晾到手温即可入保鲜袋保存。

小窍门&温馨提示
1 烤箱发酵里边要放一碗温水,有温度有湿度面包坯才能很好的发酵
2 分成8个面团就可以了,多了不好造型
